Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a General Labor, Bakery-Production - 3rd Shift at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. You will support the production process by ensuring dough and baked products are properly shaped, scored, proofed, cooled, and monitored for quality.

Shift: 3rd shift, Hours 10:00PM - 6:30AM. Compensation is $18 per hour with focus on food safety, GMP compliance, and teamwork to maintain product consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math proficiency (add/sub/multiply/divide).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with product specifications and food safety standards.
• Operate and support scoring, proofing, cooling, and conveying processes to maintain efficient production flow.
• Verify recipe adherence and identify production variances, escalating concerns to line leadership as needed.
• Conduct product inspections, weight checks, and process monitoring to ensure consistency and minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment in accordance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify equipment or process issues and communicate potential mechanical or operational concerns promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities, standard work practices, and problem-solving initiatives to support operational excellence.
