The role runs 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM on the 3rd shift, with weekend availability and a starting hourly rate of $18.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and reasoning skills.
• Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, twisting, reaching, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds independently and greater weights with assistance from co‑workers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with product specifications and food safety standards.
• Operate and support scoring, proofing, cooling, and conveying processes to maintain efficient production flow.
• Verify recipe adherence and identify production variances, escalating concerns to line leadership as needed.
• Conduct product inspections, weight checks, and process monitoring to ensure consistency and minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment in accordance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify equipment or process issues and communicate potential mechanical or operational concerns promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities, standard work practices, and problem‑solving initiatives to support operational excellence.
