Job summary

Aspire Bakeries Swedesboro is hiring an Operator 1, Bakery- Oven Relief for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) at the Swedesboro, NJ bakery. You will operate and monitor oven systems to meet baking profiles, ensure product quality and food safety, and support production efficiency.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months in a manufacturing/production role; basic math, ability to read scales, and basic computer data entry. Pay is $20/hour plus benefits.

Qualifications
