Job summary

Campbell Soup is hiring a Bakery Processing Operator to operate and supervise processing equipment in a fast-paced bakery environment. You will ensure product quality by adhering to QA guidelines, monitor temperatures, moisture, and batch sheets, and coordinate with team members to maintain safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of production experience; CPT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required, plus 1 year of production experience in manufacturing.
• CPT certification is a plus.
• Willingness to work the 3rd shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing/baking equipment to produce products meeting QA guidelines.
• Mix ingredients and monitor temperatures and moisture; adjust as needed.
• Read batch sheets and accurately weigh raw materials per recipes.
• Log temperatures, times and weights; monitor for foreign matter.
• Maintain sanitation and safe work area; follow 5S and PPE guidelines.
