Job summary

Campbell's in United States is seeking a Bakery Processing Operator for the 3rd shift to run processing/baking equipment safely and efficiently. The role requires monitoring temperatures, moisture, batch sheets, and quality while adhering to QA guidelines.

You will perform proper ingredient mixing, changeovers, sanitation tasks, and use forklift/pallet jack to move materials. A HS diploma or GED and 1 year production exp are required; CPT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required with a year of production experience recommended.
CPT certification is a plus to support safety and process training.
Experience operating basic material-handling equipment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Operate bakery processing equipment to meet QA guidelines and quality standards.
Mix ingredients, monitor temperatures and moisture, adjust as needed.
Changeovers, equipment shutdowns, and preventive maintenance according to procedures.
Log temperatures, times, material weights and batch details accurately.
Monitor for foreign matter and maintain sanitation and 5S housekeeping.
Move raw materials with forklift/pallet jack and manage material levels.
Escalate quality issues and follow safety protocols; overtime may be required.
