Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Bakery Processing Operator to operate baking equipment and ensure product quality. The role requires following recipes, maintaining temperatures, and coordinating with QA for any issues.

The position is on third shift with overtime potential. A High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of production experience are required; CPT certification is a plus. Safety and sanitation are emphasized in daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• CPT (Certified Production Technician) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates processing/baking equipment to meet quality guidelines.
• Mixes ingredients and monitors temperature/moisture; makes adjustments as needed.
• Operates and shuts down equipment; handles changeovers and maintenance tasks.
• Escalates quality issues to team members as needed.
• Reads batch sheets and follows recipes; weighs raw materials accurately.
• Monitors temperatures, times, materials, and logs data.
• Follows sanitation procedures for cleanups and changeovers; handles chemicals.
• Tracks waste and ensures proper disposal; moves ingredients using material handling equipment.
• Maintains adequate raw material levels and communicates needs to staff.
• Ensures safety practices and 5S housekeeping are followed.
• Overtime may be required; may perform other duties as required.
