• Reads batch sheets, follows recipes, and accurately weighs raw materials.
• Maintains sanitation procedures, performs changeovers and preventative maintenance.
• Monitors temperatures, moisture, and product consistency; logs data.
• Identifies quality issues and communicates with the team for corrective actions.
