Job summary

The Campbell Soup Company in Hanover, PA is hiring a Bakery Processing Operator. Under general supervision, you will operate bakery processing equipment to sustain production flow, make minor adjustments, troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and keep accurate records.

Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required; experience of 1 year in manufacturing is also preferred but not required. The starting wage is $22.50 per hour, with health, dental, 401(k) and wellness benefits.

Responsibilities

• Operates bakery processing equipment to produce products within QA guidelines and high quality standards.
• Mixes ingredients, monitors temperature and moisture, and adjusts as needed.
• Operates, changes over and maintains equipment following procedures and safety rules.
• Reads batch sheets, weighs raw materials accurately, and logs data.
• Monitors temperatures, times, and weights; communicates quality issues to team.
• Follows sanitation, safety, and housekeeping procedures; participates in 5S.
