The role focuses on safety, quality, and meeting production goals while offering growth within an established supervisory team. Base salary ranges from $76,000 to $93,000 plus a 5% bonus, with benefits including insurance, vacation, and retirement plan.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading employees in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Ability to manage performance and build accountability.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
