Job summary

Hose Master LLC is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in Euclid, OH. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency, ensuring on-time delivery while managing resources and enforcing standard work instructions.

Responsibilities include mentoring Area Leaders, implementing cross-training, and owning department performance, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Previous experience in Manufacturing and/or Fabrication.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and lead by example to support company mission and values.
• Drive zero-defect culture with focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Plan daily assignments, coordinate with off-shift supervisors and overtime as needed.
