Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking a driven retail professional to join our Baltimore store team. The 3rd key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures and a range of administrative tasks.

You'll demonstrate leadership to drive sales, ensure visual standards, support training, and safeguard store security while maintaining excellent customer service and operational efficiency in a fast-paced streetwear environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution of floor set guides and promotions.
• Drive sales and profitability by achieving store and personal goals.
• Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager in conveying store goals to the team.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing promptly.
• Maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associate safety and report dangerous situations.
• Process register functions accurately as directed.
• Maintain store cleanliness in sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate changes in store policies to staff and ensure implementation.
