SNIPES USA is seeking a 3rd Key to support store leadership and operations in our Michigan boutique. The role focuses on opening/closing procedures, sales leadership, and daily administrative tasks to keep the floor running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is 18+, has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and excels in communication, organization, and team leadership to drive store goals and ensure brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Communication and organizational skills.
• Strong drive to achieve results.
• Takes initiative and problem solving skills.
• Stand for long periods; lift 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead store and individual goals in sales and profitability.
• Communicate store goals to maximize team contributions toward the sales plan.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing promptly.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associates' safety by reporting dangerous situations.
• Process register functions and ensure proper procedure adherence.
• Ensure store meets company standards for cleanliness in sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate changes in store policies to staff and ensure implementation.
