SNIPES USA is seeking a dedicated store professional to manage operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will open/close the store, supervise sales floor activities, and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising, training staff, and enforcing safety and store policies. The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and a proactive mindset.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong drive to achieve results; takes initiative and solves problems.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate timely execution of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead store team to drive sales and profitability and achieve goals.
• Communicate store goals and directives to maximize staff contributions.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signage promptly.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associate safety and report hazards to management.
• Process register functions as directed and ensure proper procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness on sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate policy changes to staff and ensure implementation.
