Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking a proactive 3rd key holder to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures and other daily administrative tasks.

You will lead floor sets and promotions, drive sales and profitability, coordinate with leadership to communicate goals, maintain visual merchandising standards, train staff, ensure safety, and uphold company policies across the sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lift 15–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead sales and profitability by meeting goals.
• Communicate store goals to maximise team contribution.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signing quickly.
• Maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety and report hazards.
• Process register functions accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness on sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate policy changes to staff and implement them.
