SNIPES USA requires a capable third key holder to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, handling opening/closing and daily administrative tasks. You will lead floor sets and promotions while guiding the team to meet sales targets.

You will uphold Visual Merchandising standards, train staff, enforce security policies, and ensure cleanliness and a safe shopping environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Results-driven with initiative and problem solving.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 15–30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate timely execution of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead store teams to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Communicate store goals from management to staff.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing promptly.
• Maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associate safety by identifying and reporting hazards.
• Process register functions accurately as directed.
• Ensure store cleanliness on sales floor and in stockroom.
• Communicate policy changes to staff and ensure implementation.
