Job summary

SNIPES is seeking a capable supervisor to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, handling opening and closing procedures and other administrative tasks. You will lead the team to deliver strong sales performance while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and the ability to stand for long periods. You will ensure safety, merchandising, and policy execution across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding store and individual goals.
• Communicate store operational goals to staff to meet the sales plan.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associates’ safety by identifying dangerous situations and reporting them to leadership.
• Process register functions and ensure proper adherence to procedures.
• Ensure store meets company standards for cleanliness on sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate changes in store policies to staff and ensure correct implementation.
