SNIPES USA is seeking a 3rd Key to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, handling opening/closing and daily admin tasks. You will lead the team to deliver sales goals and maintain visual standards across floor sets.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and the ability to train staff, enforce policies, and keep the store organized and safe while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead sales efforts to achieve store goals.
• Communicate store goals to maximize team contribution.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signage.
• Direct merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Train and enforce security policies.
• Ensure associate safety by reporting hazards.
• Process register functions per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness on sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate policy changes to staff and implement them.
