Job summary

Whitecap Search is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support seamless logistics and warehouse activities. You will coordinate with 3PLs, manage carrier relationships, and ensure customer shipment requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

Role requires SAP ERP experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will help optimize processes and drive on-time deliveries across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics processes.
• Experience with SAP ERP or similar systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the 3PL to ensure daily operations meet standards.
• Manage relationships with LTL carriers, negotiate rates, and monitor service performance.
• Oversee customer-specific shipping requirements, including labeling and routing.
• Coordinate tradeshow logistics for shipments, booths, and samples.
• Utilize SAP ERP to manage orders, monitor inventory, and track shipments.
