Job summary

White Cap in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, including loading, unloading, picking, and shipping. You will help ensure products are prepared correctly for pickup or delivery and move goods safely.

The role requires willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow safety policies; prior forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, pick, stock, stage and transport materials within the warehouse and yard.
• Package items securely for shipment or pickup, using shrink wrap or similar methods.
• Verify product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Install protective bracing or padding to prevent damage during transport.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.
• Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors by locating materials or fulfilling orders.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed.
