Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related experience required.
• Experience in a 3D modeling environment with Inventor, SolidWorks, Revit, SketchUp or Fusion 360.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor 3D.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit or Civil 3D.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• LiDAR-based workflows or point cloud modeling preferred.
• Exposure to electrical substation or utility infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D substation models using Autodesk Inventor.
• Interpret 2D drawings and LiDAR/point cloud data to produce precise 3D geometry.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure models align with scope and standards.
• Organize and manage drawing files per CAD/drafting standards.
• Assist in preparing plan sheets, details, and visualizations for design deliverables.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
