Wade Trim is looking for an Entry Level 3D Drafter to join our Industrial Commercial Energy Team in Buford, GA. This role involves building and maintaining precise 3D models for electrical substation projects and requires a high school diploma with some experience in 3D modeling environments.

Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess proficiency in software such as Autodesk Inventor. A flexible hybrid work schedule is available after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a high school diploma.
• Experience working in a 3D modeling environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with any 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, Revit, SketchUp, or Fusion 360 is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D substation models using Autodesk Inventor.
• Interpret 2D drawings and LiDAR data to produce precise 3D geometry.
• Partner with engineers to ensure models align with project requirements.
• Organize and maintain drawing files in accordance with standards.
• Assist in preparing plan sheets and details.
