Qualifications

• High school diploma required; AA degree or technical training preferred.
• 3+ years related experience in field service or maintenance.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work around lasers and powders.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repairs for customers and check warranty/contract status.
• Analyze and understand unique customer configurations (materials and software).
• Assess customers' proficiency and willingness to perform self-maintenance.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks as directed by the Service Manager.
• Recognize the business value of customers to 3D Systems and support service quality.
