Job summary

Siemens EDA Technology Solutions Sales is seeking an Applications engineer to support consultative sales for leading semiconductor manufacturers. You will drive technical wins through demonstrations, benchmarks, and presentations and help architect 3DIC solutions with flows and integration scripts across Windows and Linux.

The ideal candidate has an MSEE/BSEE with 4+ years of design experience and strong knowledge of IC package and interposer layouts, plus scripting skills in Python or Tcl.

Qualifications

• MSEE or BSEE with 4+ years design experience required.
• Significant experience in advanced IC package layout design and/or interposer layout design.
• Experience with IC design is a plus.
• Knowledge of package design tools and data formats is beneficial.
• Familiarity with 2.5D/3D chiplet design solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Conduct benchmarks and develop solutions for accounts.
• Prototype 3DIC flows and integration scripts.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
