Job summary

Flowtec Group is seeking a commercially minded recruitment consultant to build a construction desk in the US. You’ll own the full recruitment cycle—from briefing with clients to sourcing candidates, interviewing, and negotiating offers—while supported by our director and recruiter team.

You’ll win client relationships, identify hard-to-reach talent, and deliver a strong service by writing engaging adverts and moving searches forward with clear communication and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in sales or recruitment, with evidence of strong results.
• The confidence to develop business and build lasting professional relationships.
• Clear communication, sound judgement and a proactive approach to solving hiring challenges.
• The organisation to manage several live assignments at once.
• The drive to succeed in a role where your initiative makes a direct difference.

Build your own desk in construction recruitment with the support of an established headhunting business.

We’re looking for a commercially minded consultant who enjoys winning client relationships, finding hard-to-reach talent and seeing a search through to placement. You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from developing opportunities and agreeing a brief to sourcing candidates, managing interviews and negotiating offers.

You’ll work closely with our Directors and recruiter team, giving you support on assignments while retaining responsibility for building your client and candidate relationships.

What you’ll do
