Centurion Selection is seeking a Senior Consultant to own and grow our California construction practice from San Diego. You will win clients, source and place candidates, and manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle with autonomy and direct access to senior leadership.
You'll build your own desk, control the pipeline, and enjoy an uncapped commission structure that rewards your results and initiative, while shaping the growth of our California business from the ground up.
Senior Consultant – Construction Recruitment
The California construction market is one of the busiest in the country, and we're building a desk to match it. We're looking for a Senior Consultant to take ownership of our San Diego operation and develop the California construction market as their own.
Centurion Selection is a rapidly growing executive search and recruitment firm specializing in the U.S. construction industry, with offices in Houston, Tampa, and London.
Based in San Diego, CA, you will have direct access to senior leadership, genuine autonomy over how you develop your desk, and the opportunity to play a central role in the continued growth of our California business.
This is a full 360 role with real autonomy; you'll own both sides of the desk, from winning the client to placing the candidate. You won't be handed a warm desk or inherited accounts; you'll be winning your own clients, sourcing and managing your own candidates, and building something that's yours. In return, you get an uncapped commission structure where the upside actually belongs to you, plus direct access to senior leadership and a clear path to grow with the business.
You're an experienced agency recruiter with a proven track record of winning new business and delivering placements independently. This is a genuine 360 role, so you need to enjoy the full mix: pitching to new clients, sourcing, and closing candidates.
Construction recruitment experience is strongly preferred. That said, if you're an exceptional recruiter from a related professional market with the numbers to back it up, we'd still like to talk.
If you're billing well where you are but the ceiling is starting to feel low, this is worth a conversation.
