Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks a 360 Construction Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for 360 roles across data centers and industrial projects in the U.S. Build relationships with clients and top industry talent.

You will source, interview, and present qualified construction professionals, manage the interview-to-placement process, and develop long-term partnerships with general contractors and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with construction recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with 360/full-cycle recruiting and business development.
• Strong understanding of commercial/industrial construction and construction terminology.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and results-driven.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, or similar platforms is a plus.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced 360 Construction Recruiter to join our team and build relationships with both construction clients and top industry talent.

Our focus is on large-scale, ground-up construction projects across high-growth markets including data centers, mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, food & beverage, and cold storage.
