Barker Black Ltd is seeking a proactive recruiter to own a full-cycle desk in Houston, handling client acquisition through candidate placement.

You will manage Contracts & Procurement or Discipline Engineering desks, grow MSAs, and actively bring in new multinational and mid-size clients. The role rewards entrepreneurship and strong sales drive in a growing, global engineering staffing business.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment process from winning clients to placing candidates.
• Run a desk in either Contracts & Procurement or Discipline Engineering.
• Grow existing MSAs and actively win new clients among multinational and mid-size firms.
• Develop markets in power, data centers, defense, pharma, renewables and tech.
• Collaborate with teams to shape and expand the desk and revenue.
