Qualifications

• Must have working-level knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Minimum of 2 years of 340B program-related experience.
• Active Nevada Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain State of Nevada Pharmacy Technician license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and audits 340B processes for compliance and revenue improvement.
• Liaises with affiliated departments to ensure 340B program integrity.
• Monitors HRSA/OPA rules, Medicaid changes, and 340B guidance for compliance.
• Conducts internal and annual contract pharmacy audits and documents findings.
• Manages reporting and metrics to leadership for 340B utilization and savings.
• Oversees external audits and coordinates with third-party evaluators.
• Identifies gaps, implements improvements, and supports program optimization.
• Maintains documentation and audit trails across 340B responsibilities.
