Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a 340B Analyst in Ohio to oversee compliance, program integrity, and financial optimization of the 340B Drug Discount Program within the system.

You will work with the 340B Auditor, manage software configurations, produce monthly reports, and guide pharmacy staff on compliant purchasing and inventory practices. The role emphasizes cross‑department collaboration, audits, education, and regulatory alignment with HRSA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2 year/Associates Degree: Healthcare Administration/Business, Finance, Information Technology/Analytics, Pharmacy or a related field
• 4 year/Bachelors Degree: Healthcare Administration/Business, Finance, Information Technology/Analytics, Pharmacy or a related field
• 340B University Certificate (Live/On Demand)
• 340B Advanced Operations Certificate
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with pharmacy 340B required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business, analytics, or auditing preferred
• Proficiently trained in Microsoft Office Software, specifically Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Advanced knowledge of 340B Drug Pricing Program and/or healthcare billing regulations and practices
• Experience in Epic Electronic Health Record
• Auditing hospital charging/patient records
• Experience in 340B Split Billing/Third Party Administrator Software and/or manual 340B operations
• Excellent communication skills with ability to develop cross‑departmental professional relationships

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the 340B Drug Pricing Program and maintains the program’s standards.
• Ensures HRSA requirements for program qualifications are met.
• Works to continuously improve 340B program performance through surveillance and optimization.
• Escalates discovered issues with audits and 340B operations.
• Provides guidance on compliant purchasing and inventory management to maximize savings.
• Develops internal and external customer service relationships for program management.
• Creates and maintains monthly reports of 340B metrics and savings.
• Analyzes reports, completes variance reporting, identifies cost savings and improvements.
• Serves as split billing software expert and coordinates interfaces with clinical systems.
• Ensures proper configurations and updates to align with revenue cycle and policies.
• Implements corrective actions with Epic and billing teams and vendor.
• Escalates compliance issues and develops action plans with leadership.
• Performs internal audits and risk analysis to prevent breaches.
• Maintains continuous awareness of 340B regulations and training requirements
• Supports education of pharmacy staff on 340B policies and procedures
