Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a 340B Auditor to support compliance for the 340B Drug Discount Program across assigned locations. You will perform audits, prepare documentation, and collaborate with 340B staff to ensure HRSA guidance is followed.

The role includes monitoring eligibility, auditing endpoints, and uploading data to 340B systems, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement. Strong Excel and EMR skills are required, and prior hospital experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of pharmacy 340B or healthcare auditing experience.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare system pharmacy preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 340B compliance across locations per HRSA guidance.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits.
• Prepare data for upload into 340B software systems.
