Responsibilities include software coordination, audits, escalation of issues, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT, and pharmacy teams.

Qualifications

• Required: 2 year/Associates Degree
• Preferred: 4 year/Bachelors Degree
• Specialty/Major: Healthcare Administration/Business, Finance, IT/Analytics, Pharmacy or related field
• Required: 340B University Certificate (Live/On Demand)
• Preferred: 340B Advanced Operations Certificate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 340B Drug Pricing Program and maintain standards.
• Ensure HRSA requirements for program qualifications are met.
• Identify cost savings and program optimizations through reporting.
• Serve as first escalation point for 340B compliance issues.
• Provide guidance to pharmacy buyers on 340B purchasing and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships for program management.
• Create monthly 340B performance reports and conduct variance analyses.
• Triages live-site 340B software and interface issues with ERP/EHR systems.
