Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a 340B Analyst to drive program integrity and financial optimization across the entity. The role supports 340B compliance, software configuration, and daily operations while coordinating with auditors and leadership.

Responsibilities include monitoring HRSA requirements, tracking performance metrics, and delivering training to staff. You will work with Epic EHR, the split billing system, and contract pharmacies to ensure compliant purchasing and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ pharmacy 340B experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in analytics or auditing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the 340B Drug Pricing Program and maintain the program’s standards.
• Ensure HRSA requirements for program qualifications are met.
• Identify and optimize 340B program performance through surveillance and enhancements.
• Escalate operational or compliance issues with audits and 340B auditors.
• Communicate and escalate 340B compliance gaps to stakeholders and leadership.
• Guide purchasing, inventory, and practices to maximize 340B savings.
• Provide training and develop relationships for effective program management.
• Create monthly reports of 340B metrics and savings; analyze variances.
