Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a 340B Analyst to ensure program integrity, enhance compliance, and optimize 340B savings across covered entities. The role includes software configuration, audits, and cross‑functional collaboration with finance, IT, and pharmacy teams.

You will generate monthly 340B metrics, support training, and coordinate with Epic and split-billing software vendors to sustain compliant operations and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with pharmacy 340B required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with Epic EHR and 340B split billing software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 340B Drug Pricing Program and maintain program standards.
• Ensure HRSA requirements for program qualifications are met.
• Provide training and education for 340B program staff and leadership.
• Create and analyze monthly 340B reports and cost savings opportunities.
• Serve as internal liaison to ensure 340B program integrity and compliance.
