Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a 340B Analyst to oversee program integrity, compliance, and financial optimization across our network. The role involves managing software interfaces, audits, and stakeholder communication to sustain 340B practices in alignment with policy.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of 340B experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Epic EHR. A focus on cost savings and process improvements will drive success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience with pharmacy 340B required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in business, analytics, or auditing preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent communication skills with ability to develop cross‑departmental relationships

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the 340B Drug Pricing Program and maintain program standards
• Ensure HRSA requirements for program qualifications are met
• Improve 340B performance through surveillance and optimization
• Escalate compliance issues with 340B auditors and leadership
• Provide guidance on purchasing, inventory management to maximize 340B savings
• Develop internal and external customer service relationships for program management
• Create monthly 340B reports and analyze variance for cost savings
• Triage live-site issues in split billing, EMR, and charge master
