Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a 340B Analyst to manage 340B compliance and program integrity across the entity. You will coordinate software systems, audits, and daily operations to maximize savings and ensure HRSA compliance.

You’ll work with 340B auditors and internal teams to scope issues, track metrics, and implement improvements. This role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and cross-department collaboration in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate degree in Healthcare Administration/Business/Finance/IT/Analytics/Pharmacy or related field.
• Combination of post-secondary education and experience in lieu of a degree acceptable.
• 3+ years preferred in healthcare analytics or 340B operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 340B compliance and program integrity across entity operations.
• Maintain 340B software interfaces with EMR and contract pharmacy providers.
• Produce monthly reports on 340B metrics and savings; identify cost reductions.
• Coordinate with Epic charge team for corrective action and system improvements.
• Escalate compliance gaps and develop action plans with stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to pharmacy buyers and staff on 340B practices.
