Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a 340B Analyst to manage and optimize the 340B Drug Discount Program across the health system. You will ensure compliance, coordinate with audits, and deliver actionable savings while overseeing software interfaces with EMR systems and split billing tools.

Responsibilities include program governance, HRSA compliance, reporting, training, and cross‑department collaboration with finance, IT and pharmacy leadership to sustain program integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of pharmacy 340B experience.
• 2+ years in analytics or auditing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Experience with Epic EHR and 340B split billing software.
• Ability to develop cross‑department relationships and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the 340B Drug Pricing Program and maintain standards.
• Ensure HRSA requirements for program qualifications are met.
• Improve 340B program performance through surveillance and optimizations.
• Escalate identified compliance issues with auditors and leadership.
• Provide guidance on 340B purchasing, inventory management and cost savings.
• Create monthly 340B reports and analyze savings opportunities.
• Serve as software expert for split billing integrations with EMR systems.
