Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a 340B Analyst to manage compliance and financial optimization of the 340B program. You will coordinate program operations, support pharmacy staff, and ensure alignment with HRSA and internal policies.

Responsibilities include auditing, reporting, and system integration with Epic/EHR to maximize savings while maintaining compliance. The role requires 1–2 years in pharmacy 340B or related analytics with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of pharmacy 340B experience or related analytics/audit work.
• Familiarity with 340B Drug Pricing Program requirements and healthcare billing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 340B Drug Pricing Program operations and maintain program standards.
• Provide guidance on purchasing, inventory, and compliance to pharmacy staff.
• Create monthly 340B metrics reports and analyze cost savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with Epic and other clinical information systems teams for interface alignment.
• Lead internal audits and assist in policy/procedure development for 340B.
