Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with pharmacy 340B.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business, analytics, or auditing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in Epic Electronic Health Record.
• Auditing hospital charging/patient records.
• Experience in 340B Split Billing/Third Party Administrator Software.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the 340B Drug Pricing Program and maintain standards.
• Escalate compliance issues with stakeholders and leadership.
• Provide real-time guidance on purchasing, inventory, and savings.
• Create monthly reports of 340B metrics and financial savings.
• Triage live-site issues in 340B software and EMR; support IT interfaces.
• Collaborate with Epic charge team to implement corrective actions.
