Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a 340B Analyst in Ohio to manage 340B program compliance, audits, and cost savings for the covered entity. You will coordinate pricing, monitor HRSA requirements, and partner with pharmacy buyers and IT teams to optimize the program.

The role focuses on dividing responsibilities between program governance, data reporting, and software operations, with emphasis on Epic EHR and split-billing systems to ensure compliant purchasing and real-time problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of pharmacy 340B experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with Epic EHR systems.
• Auditing hospital charging/340B operations.
• Strong cross-departmental communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the 340B Drug Pricing Program and maintains the program’s standards.
• Ensures HRSA requirements for program qualifications are met.
• Works to continuously improve 340B program performance through program surveillance and optimizations.
• Serve as first step in scoping and escalation of issues with audits and 340B Auditors.
• Communicates compliance issues to stakeholders and develops action plans.
