Job summary

The University of Mississippi Medical Center is seeking a Data Analyst for 340B Compliance to support ongoing program development and coordination of the 340B Programs. • Bachelor's degree in health management, finance, business, or related field.
• High School diploma plus 4 years of pharmacy tech experience with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Self-Audits: conduct 340B audits and ensure adherence to 340B regulations and Medicaid.
• Split-Billing: understand split inventory and educate others to ensure proper operation.
• Purchasing/Inventory: review 340B inventory purchasing for inpatient and outpatient pharmacies.
• Program Enhancement/Optimization: identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Reporting: develop reports to educate staff and assist management in monitoring 340B performance.
• Policy and Procedure: maintain policies for 340B purchasing and coordinate with 340B coordinator.
• Education: develop 340B quality assurance training for employees.
