Job summary

UTMB Health is seeking a 340B Program Analyst to oversee day-to-day operations, compliance monitoring, and auditing of the 340B Drug Pricing Program. You will collaborate with Purchasing and IS to optimize inventory and ensure compliance with 340B rules.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, experience with EPIC, and the ability to present results to leadership. Travel to UTMB locations and external audits may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 2 years of related work experience.
• Apexus 340B University

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day 340B program operations and audits.
• Ensure compliance with HRSA 340B regulations and prevent duplicate discounts.
• Develop and monitor audit metrics and reports.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, IS, and clinic/pharmacy staff.
• Use EPIC to research patient encounters within audit periods.
• Coordinate with external auditors for HRSA mock audits.
• Maintain up-to-date 340B policies and procedures.
