Job summary

University of Mississippi Medical Center seeks a Data Analyst for 340B Compliance to support ongoing program development and coordination of the 340B programs. Responsibilities include oversight of drug purchasing, inventory processes, policy adherence, audits, reporting, and contract pharmacy activities.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in health management, finance, or related fields, or equivalent pharmacy tech leadership experience with MS Board registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health/finance fields.
• Experience or leadership in 340B analyst functions is preferred.
• Pharmacy technician registration may be required for experience route.

Responsibilities

• Self-Audits: conduct 340B audits and ensure compliance with guidelines and Medicaid.
• Split-Billing: understand system functions and educate purchasing process personnel.
• Purchasing/Inventory: ensure compliance with 340B inventory purchasing for pharmacies.
• Program enhancement: identify cost savings and process improvements for 340B.
