Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center seeks a Pharmacy 340B Analyst to audit daily dispensing files and verify orders in the 340B software, ensuring program compliance and accurate tracking of splits. You will adjust the accumulator and review billing modifiers for Medicaid and MCOs, while uploading vendor purchase orders.

You will maintain drug NDCs, investigate unmatched Epic entries across inpatient and ambulatory Pharmacies, and ensure reporting supports audits and 340B decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in 340B.
• 2+ Years of professional level experience in Pharmacy operations or 340B.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily dispensing files exported from (Epic and Fastrack) into the 340B Software. Use knowledge of 340B regulations to verify orders/prescriptions quality and comply with program requirements.
• Audit and modify the 340B Software Accumulator to track all split billing necessary for the Program and audit billing modifiers for Medicaid/MCOs.
• Upload and audit all direct vendor purchase orders into the 340B Software.
