Job summary

Campbell's is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to coach front-line leadership, engage hourly technicians, and drive plant-wide initiatives. You'll oversee safety, quality, line efficiency, and KPIs across all three shifts, aligning strategies with site goals and capital planning.

You will develop leaders, manage labor, and ensure efficient daily operations while collaborating with WHQ Engineering, Product Development, and Reliability teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 2+ years of supervisory experience or 3+ years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment OR Bachelor's degree with 3 months of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (e.g., Operations Supervisor, Team Lead).
• Union experience is a plus and beneficial to the role.

Responsibilities

• Direction and Priorities: Set clear direction and priorities for the business unit across all 3 shifts.
• Teamwork and Budgeting: Develop and maintain team plans and budgets.
• Labor Management: Manage direct and indirect labor efficiently.
• Leadership Development: Develop Team Leaders and Service Leaders.
• Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to staff.
• Safety Management: Manage the safety system within their area.
• Daily Management Systems: Develop DDS, CL, RCFA and Operational Standards.
• Communication: Report results and needs to senior management.
• KPI Tracking: Monitor KPI performance and budget adherence.
• Strategic Planning: Participate in budgeting, planning and capital forecasting.
