Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a production line, ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets across shifts. You will coordinate daily activities, support hourly staff, and drive lean practices to improve efficiency and output.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 1.5+ years of manufacturing experience; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. Experience in food manufacturing and Six Sigma skills are preferred, with an emphasis on teamwork and training others.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1.5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years in food manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of operations personnel to manage production flow toward safety, quality and cost goals.
• Model company policies and coach/discipline employees where appropriate.
• Analyze cost indicators and implement adjustments to improve performance.
• Lead team initiatives for safety objectives and monitor incidents.
• Inspect work areas for food safety compliance and disposition of questionable product.
• Report production and inventory measurements accurately.
• Coordinate on-the-job training and evaluate skill levels of new hires.
• Train employees in Quality and Safety regulations and ensure compliance.
• Promote teamwork and recognize exceptional performance.
• Manage the operations improvement process with facilitation and coaching.
