Paterson is seeking an experienced Team Lead to supervise production shifts, guide operators, and ensure safety and quality on the line. You will troubleshoot advanced equipment, assist with maintenance, and train new hires while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes effective communication, relationships with colleagues, and leadership to deliver top results across daily production cycles and processes.

Competenze

• Experience leading production teams and coordinating shifts.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and assist with maintenance.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and safety standards.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with team and supervisors.

Mansioni

• Supervise and support your shift’s Production Team
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting of machinery
• Conduct basic maintenance or assist Operators in maintenance of machinery
• Ensure everyone on your shift is working safely
• Ensure all items produced meet Paterson’s quality standards
• Assist with new hire and existing employee training on machinery
• Learn the operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes with an awareness for process improvement
• Communicate effectively and professionally to build strong relationships with your team
• Work effectively as part of a team and inspire your direct reports and colleagues to deliver top results
