Job summary

Belmark Inc. in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a Machine Operator for Plant 7 on a 3-day work week, 2nd shift. You will operate Sheet Fed Printing Press and maintain high-quality output while following SOPs and work instructions.

The role requires standing, lifting, and adherence to safety standards, with a starting pay of $26.09 per hour (including shift differential). Belmark offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions.
• Ability to meet or exceed deadlines.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and perform physical tasks as required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set and adjust machine controls.
• Monitor machine operation and perform changeover tasks.
• Assist with staging materials and tools.
• Maintain quality, productivity and waste standards.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Keep area and machine clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
