Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Must reside in the United States and willing to relocate if offered.
• Good communication skills and ability to lead others.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Warehouse Department employees.
• Plan, assign tasks and manage overtime and scheduling.
• Train staff, promote safety, and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee housekeeping.
