Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Warehousing Supervisor for the 2nd shift at the Claremont plant in North Carolina. The role involves direct supervision of warehouse staff, training, scheduling, overtime management, and disciplinary actions to ensure safety and policy adherence.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, oversee housekeeping in the dock area, and promote quality and safety processes while coordinating with multiple departments. Some travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Warehouse Department employees and enforce policies and laws.
• Provide training to warehouse staff and develop skills.
• Plan and assign tasks, schedule operations, and manage overtime.
• Conduct performance appraisals and address disciplinary actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for in-house and vendor items; ensure safety and housekeeping.
