Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is hiring a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor to oversee 2nd shift warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and shipping of products. The role focuses on cost control, process improvement, safety, and staff leadership across one shift.

The position requires supervising front-line staff, driving productivity, and maintaining inventory accuracy while delivering strong service to the sales team. A strong background in warehouse operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years of frontline supervisory experience required.
• 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing frontline teams.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience tracking operational KPIs, including safety, productivity, and service.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and staff on a 2nd shift (3/4 PM–1/2 AM).
• Lead a team-based approach to decision making and continuous improvement.
• Manage receiving and delivery of finished products to meet daily sales needs.
• Minimize warehouse costs while providing timely service to the sales team.
• Develop the team to resolve daily operational issues and meet goals.
• Communicate cross-functionally to solve operational problems on the floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide leadership and training to hourly personnel on the front line.
